If you’ve checked out your local beauty-supply stores, you may have already seen the China Glaze On the Horizon Collection on the shelves.
On the Horizon features a feathered finish that is achieved by a dense formulation of short, multicoloured bar glitter.
Although I’ve seen other brands come out with their version of the feathered finish, I’ve never tried any, so I may need to buy at least one to see how I like it.
The ones that catch my attention the most are You’re a Hoot (Hehe, I’m an owl fan, so this is a must-have!), Party Fowl (blue, orange, and black sounds like a dramatic combination), and Flock Together (the green, blue, and black combination sounds fun to wear).
