Hope that you’re all having a wonderful Saturday so far. My weekend has been off to a good start, and I’ve been busy, busy, busy…like a bee.

This is a short second post for today because I wanted to share some cool blog news with you. beautylish did an article on bug nail art, and they included the Bee Nails I did earlier!

This is a quick second post for today.

As you may know, I visit beautylish fairly often – it’s a great place to get inspired by others, but also to learn new tips and tricks when it comes to nails, hair, makeup, and more.

To my surprise (and great honour), beautylish featured my Easter Egg Nail Art in one of their articles alongside the creative designs done by two other talented women!

This is a very short second blog post for today to share some exciting news with you!

It’s a huge honour, and I’m always so grateful that beautylish has been so supportive of my creative efforts since when I first joined their community on August 23, 2011.

If you haven’t signed up yet, I strongly recommend that you do. You’ll literally be inspired in a matter of seconds. There are so many great people there who are talented.

I also want to thank you all (old and new followers of my blog) for your support as well. I’m having a blast getting to know you all better and sharing opinions on products that we’re passionate about.

Okay, and after seeing on their site that blue hair is the spring trend, I have to ask you now…Have you ever sported blue hair? Would you?

Back when I was in university, I thought about dying my hair blue, but I was too much of a chicken to follow through with it. *Bawk bawk bawk*

Ever since I first joined beautylish (August 23, 2011), their team has constantly been very supportive of my nail designs, so I’m very thankful! And I love how they’ve built a strong beauty community that fosters a positive environment to share your work with others and also to learn from others.

It’s encouragement that really helps people muster up the courage to try new things. I’m trying to do that on Swatch And Learn, too.
